Whole house clean can include any number of rooms, but the limit for one job is typically seven areas. A hallway counts as a small area, whereas a living room would be a large area.
Scotgard is a fabric protectant that can be applied to nearly any type of upholstery to keep moisture from soaking into your couch, loveseat, and chairs. It coats the fabric with a water resistant seal, making stain clean-up easy—simply wipe with a damp cloth and the stain is gone.
The key to removing wine stains is to act fact. Mix ¼ teaspoon of dishwasher detergent with four cups of lukewarm water. Pour a small amount onto the stain and work in with a blotting motion. Your air ducts should be cleaned at least once a year, or as often as every six months if you have pets that shed fur or other factors that contribute to additional debris and dust. A biocide needs to be applied by a professional, so contact us for all your air duct cleaning needs.
Power washing your deck removes every substance from moss to mud, leaves, and pollen. Your deck should be power washed twice a year (in the spring and fall) to prevent the moisture in these materials from rotting the wood or altering the wood stain color. It extends the life of your deck while making it look presentable.
